‘Zombie Diaries’ Director Heads ‘Within the Woods’

Michael Bartlett, the director of The Zombie Diaries (pictured below) and Zombie Diaries 2, looks set to be heading back behind the camera once again as he has a new horror feature on the cards which is said to be in the vein of Stand by Me meets Halloween.

According to B-D, his latest flick is entitled Within the Woods, the film takes place mid-winter and follows “two teens trapped within an old treehouse within the woods that’s under attack from unseen entities.”

Shooting is expected to begin this January in Missouri. Not much else is known at this time.
