We here have been following Scooter Downey and Sean Elliot’s indie flick It’s in the Blood for quite some time now as it looks as if it has some major potential. So, for all of you who are also anxious to check this one out will be very pleased to know that the film is making its way to DVD. Read on for all the details.

From the Press Release:

“Awarded 9 stars (out of 10) by WickedChannel.com, the indie horror film IT’S IN THE BLOOD makes its DVD debut April 23rd from Monarch Home Entertainment. One year after a tragic incident tore their family apart, a grieving son (Sean Elliot) and his estranged father (Lance Henriksen – Aliens, The Terminator) embark on a journey into the wild to reconcile. When an accident leaves the father badly injured and strands them, it is up to the son to save them both. However, this wilderness is not what it seems, and as they deteriorate, so too does reality. Horrifying creatures, ghostly apparitions– are they all in their heads… or could the truth be far more terrible?”

This movie, while genuinely creepy, made no sense whatsoever, and left me saying, WTF?

It was still entertaining from the creepy perspective, go ahead and watch it, maybe you can explain it to me. :-)

Ha! When I can get my hands on this sucker I’ll give it a whirl, although my explanation may confuse you even more! :)
