The Russian Sleep Experiment

‘The Russian Sleep Experiment’ Expands into a Feature Film

In November of last year we ushered in the official trailer for Timothy Smith’s short horror film The Russian Sleep Experiment, a film which is based upon the Creepypasta of the same name. Since that time though, they have been extremely busy, as not only is the short now available for you guys over at Mindplate.tv for $0.99, the short will be adapted into a feature film.

So, do you want to get in on the action? Well, Timothy, Michael Bugard and the whole team have setup an Indiegogo campaign to help raise $50,000 to turn the short into a feature film. As always with these things they have perks on offer, so hit up the link above and see how you can help. Also, a simple share is more than enough to help get the word out.

The feature so far is set to star Gary Brunner, Michael Bugard, Brett Solferino, Zach Ross, Katie Oliver, Lucia Hyde, Didrik Davis, and Michael Alexander.

The original synopsis for The Russian Sleep Experiment is as follows;

Three Nazi war criminals are held captive in a Russian compound where they are given a gas that keeps them awake for 30 days. Morality will be tested and sanity will be bent. Its very different on the other side of the gas.

The Russian Sleep Experiment has has the potential to deliver something truly unnerving, and if they can pull off something as terrifying with just $5,000, imagine what they can do with $50,000!
